Genesis 9:8-15

Then God said, to just us girls,

“I now establish my covenant with you, with your descendants after you,

with Earth, for every creature here with her.

I establish my covenant with you:

let rooftops fill them with room temperature cabinet vodka,

with sea breath and twisted eyes,

with funky moves and intuitive hearts,

with unreasonable lust and a tendency to leave things undone.”
